Sr. Design Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Vehicle Integration Engineer with experience in Vehicle Packaging, DMU (Digital Mock-Up), and CATIA. The candidate will be responsible for vehicle-level integration activities, packaging feasibility studies, clash detection, and cross-functional coordination to ensure robust vehicle architecture and package compliance.

What you'll do

• Perform vehicle packaging studies and integration activities for passenger/commercial vehicle programs
• Create and modify 3D models and assemblies using CATIA V5
• Conduct DMU reviews, clearance analysis, and clash detection across vehicle systems
• Support vehicle architecture development and package optimization
• Analyze component interfaces and ensure packaging feasibility

What you need

• 1–8 years in mechanical & production
• Embedded C
• Test automation
• CATIA
• HVAC
• B.Tech or B.E.
