Sr Engineer - Quality Control

About the role

Purpose of Position :- This position is responsible for overall quality control of manufactured products. Responsible to manage QC team, customer support for any quality related/ technical concern and ensure 100% defect free product supply to customer. Skill Set Required :- Quality control system knowledge, Defect analysis, Customer Communication CAR ISO-5S, Six sigma , MS Office- ERP Knowledge-Computer proficiency, Communication skill – Excellent

What you'll do

• Ensure outgoing product quality. Zero complaint from customer
• Ensure corrective measures in case of any deviation in process parameters and consult group leader to implement corrections
• Daily route cause analysis for production defects / rejection of previous day
• Prepare and present data of quality review in daily quality meeting
• Random process parameter and operating guideline follow-up of entire production plan process

• 4–6 years in mechanical & production
• Quality control
• Six Sigma
• 5S
• MS Office
• ERP
• Chemistry
• B.Sc or M.Sc or Diploma
