About the role

The IT End User Support Executive is responsible for providing reliable day‑to‑day IT support to all users at the manufacturing site. The role ensures smooth operation of end‑user computing systems and provides basic network support to maintain productivity and minimize downtime at all solar sites and office operations, while strictly following KP Group policies.

What you'll do

  • Provide Level‑1 / Level‑2 IT support to all site users including, project, operation & maintenance, stores, production, admin, and management teams
  • Resolve hardware and software issues with a focus on production continuity and minimal downtime
  • Assist users with login, access issues, password resets, and basic application usage
  • Driver errors, print queue issues, connectivity problems
  • Coordinate with vendors for printer repair and consumables as required
