Sr. Implementation Consultant

About the role

Sr Implementation Consultant will be responsible for and lead the company’s implementation and configuration of RippleHire software for enterprise customers. The consultant will be a high energy, “figure-it-out” individual that will follow the implementation methodology to deliver projects on time and on budget with maximum customer satisfaction.

What you'll do

• Responsible for successfully establishing functional relationships with customers and delivering exceptional service in a timely manner
• Conduct discovery workshops with the customer by identifying the customer’s current talent acquisition process and future state needs
• Create and manage project plan in partnership with the customer’s internal project manager
• Conduct design workshops or solution walkthroughs based on discovery
• Participate in weekly customer project team meetings, maintaining “action items” lists
