Sr Service Engineer

About the role

The Assistant Manager Service – Controls is responsible for leading the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and service support activities related to Building Management Systems (BMS) and HVAC Controls. The role involves managing a team of service engineers and technicians, ensuring successful project execution, system reliability, customer satisfaction, and adherence to quality and safety standards.

What you'll do

• Lead commissioning, troubleshooting, and servicing of BMS and HVAC control systems
• Manage installation and integration of controllers, sensors, actuators, VFDs, control panels, and field devices
• Oversee commissioning of HVAC equipment including Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, Cooling Towers, Pumps, and VAV systems
• Ensure successful integration through BACnet, Modbus, LonWorks, and other communication protocols
• Support system testing, point-to-point checks, functional testing, and performance validation
