Sr. Software Engineer - IoT Job

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Backend Developer with strong expertise in Python-based backend development and IoT platform integration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing scalable APIs, processing IoT device data, optimizing backend systems, and building secure, high-performance applications that support connected devices and real-time data processing.

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain backend services and APIs for IoT platforms and connected device ecosystems
• Design and build scalable RESTful APIs using Python, Django, and Django REST Framework (DRF)
• Implement data ingestion, processing, aggregation, and caching solutions for IoT telemetry data
• Develop asynchronous and background processing workflows using Celery, Redis, and RabbitMQ
• Integrate IoT devices, gateways, and third-party platforms through secure APIs and WebSockets
