Sr Systems Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Systems Engineer to lead the architecture, scalability, and reliability of a modern healthcare technology platform. In this role, you will take ownership of Kubernetes infrastructure, cloud environments, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) strategies.

What you'll do

• Kubernetes Platform Architecture: Design, implement, and continuously improve Kubernetes platform architecture for healthcare applications, including cluster management
• Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and post-incident reviews to improve platform reliability
• Disaster Recovery and High Availability: Design, implement, and regularly test disaster recovery, backup, business continuity
• Technical Leadership and Mentoring: Mentor engineering team members, conduct architecture and code reviews, establish technical standards, and create documentation
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with development, security, and leadership teams to define platform requirements, influence technical decisions
