The Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) Support Analyst will play a critical role in supporting supplier performance, risk management and resilience across global procurement.

What you'll do

• Maintain and refresh supplier segmentation data aligned to category strategies and business priorities
• Prepare for and coordinate supplier performance reviews, including scorecards, KPIs, and governance packs
• Track and report supplier performance metrics, identifying trends and improvement opportunities to provide actionable insights and recommendations which drive supplier…
• Coordinate and facilitate supplier engagement routines, including preparing governance packs, agendas, and performance review materials
• Ensure accurate documentation of outcomes, track improvement actions to closure and proactively follow up with stakeholders to maintain accountability and progress

What you need

• 3–6 years in customer support & success
• Customer service
• SAP
• Any graduate
