About the role

This role offers the opportunity to lead a high-impact engineering squad while remaining actively involved in software development. You will take end-to-end ownership of a product area, shaping its technical direction and driving delivery from roadmap to production. Working across frontend and backend architecture, you will build scalable product experiences for an AI-powered compliance platform.

What you'll do

Lead an engineering squad and take ownership of delivery for a product area, from roadmap planning through execution
Drive technical design across frontend and backend systems, making pragmatic architecture decisions that support product goals
Remain hands-on in development and personally deliver critical components of the product
Build and launch new product features and experiences end-to-end
Improve engineering quality through code reviews, reusable patterns, testing practices, and development standards
