style Trainee

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Style Trainee to join our team in Pune. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting a range of footwear and enhancing the store's sales performance. As a crucial part of our sales team, you will engage with customers and provide them with excellent service to drive store success.

What you'll do

• Assist customers in selecting and trying on footwear, providing product knowledge and style advice
• Promote footwear sales through engaging communication and building relationships with customers
• Maintain a tidy and organized display of footwear products to enhance the shopping experience
• Support inventory management by restocking products and assisting in stock takes
• Participate in training sessions to improve sales techniques and product knowledge
