Subject Matter Expert - SDM

About the role

As a subject matter expert in the Delivery Assurance team, you will own and be accountable for all aspects of the LNI activity. You will accomplish this by leveraging your extensive Mobile Core expertise, best practices, and lessons learned. This role will require you to look across product domains and measure the impact and risks of LNI activities at a solution level.

What you'll do

• Ensure the success of a Live Network Intervention by taking responsibility for the quality and accuracy of the LNI artifacts, procedures
• Own and be accountable for all aspects of the LNI activity
• Accomplish this by leveraging your extensive Mobile Core expertise, best practices, and lessons learned
• Review and approve LNI plans including data sources like CiQ, implementation procedures, scripts and other LNI artifacts prior to implementation on the customer network
• Review and establish the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) that will be used to measure impacts to the network based on LNI work to be performed
