What you'll do

• Supervisor will be responsible for handling over all plant activities like, Manpower management, Schedule work, assign tasks
• Capable to understand drawings & trouble shoot in machining problems
• Manage personnel: performance reviews
• Train new employees on proper tool usage, maintenance, and safety procedures
• Ensure safety: Enforce company safety standards and procedures

What you need

• 8–14 years in marketing
• ITI or Diploma
