About the role

As a Mechanical Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of mechanical engineers responsible for the design, development, and delivery of complex mechanical and electro‑mechanical systems used in semiconductor manufacturing equipment. This role combines strong technical leadership with first‑level people management and execution ownership for assigned subsystems and programs.

What you'll do

• Own the end-to-end design, development, verification, release, and lifecycle support of fluid delivery and electromechanical subsystems for semiconductor equipment
• Provide hands-on technical leadership across structural, thermal, fluid, and electromechanical domains, driving feasibility studies, design validation, risk mitigation
• Establish execution plans, manage priorities, monitor KPIs, and drive team accountability to deliver high-quality engineering outcomes aligned with cost, schedule
• Manage, coach, and mentor a team of engineers by providing clear direction, performance feedback, technical guidance
• Drive talent acquisition, onboarding, succession planning, workforce capacity planning
