About the role
In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert technical advice, troubleshooting complex enterprise problems, and maintaining the health of our production systems and IT inventory. You will join a dedicated team focused on delivering high-quality technical support and ensuring a seamless customer experience for both internal and external stakeholders.
What you'll do
- System Maintenance and Administration: Monitor the ticketing system to execute requests for onboarding, offboarding
- Technical Support Collaboration: Provide first and second-level support to customers
