About the role

We are seeking a Microsoft Intune Engineer – L2 to join NTT DATA’s India EPM Delivery Centre. The role will focus on day-to-day administration, support, troubleshooting, and implementation of Microsoft Intune and Modern Endpoint Management solutions for enterprise clients.

What you'll do

  • Administer and support Microsoft Intune for enterprise Windows endpoints
  • Manage device enrollment, configuration profiles, compliance policies, security policies, and device lifecycle activities
  • Configure and support Windows Autopilot for automated device provisioning
  • Deploy and troubleshoot Win32, Microsoft Store, Microsoft 365, and line-of-business applications through Intune
  • Manage Windows patching using Windows Update for Business , update rings, feature updates, and quality updates
