Talent Acquisition Coordinator

About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will play a critical role in delivering a best-in-class hiring experience for candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters. Acting as the operational backbone of the Talent Acquisition function, you will ensure the seamless execution of recruitment activities, maintain data accuracy, drive process excellence, and support talent acquisition initiatives that enable Baxter to attract and hire top talent efficiently.

What you'll do

• Post-Offer & Onboarding Support
• Coordinate and manage onboarding documentation, ensuring all required forms, employment records, and joining formalities are completed accurately and on time
• Initiate and track background verification (BGV) processes, proactively following up with candidates, vendors
• Provide relocation coordination and support for domestic hires, partnering with vendors and internal teams to facilitate a seamless transition
• Partner closely with HR, Hiring Managers, and candidates to deliver a positive onboarding experience from offer acceptance through joining
