About the role

To plan, deliver, and assess high-quality learning experiences for primary school students, fostering their academic, social, emotional, and personal development in a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment, while implementing the school curriculum in alignment with the school's mission, vision, and values.

What you'll do

• Design, implement, and oversee the Primary academic program
• Ensure effective delivery of the curriculum and pedagogical methodologies
• Analyze academic results and establish continuous improvement plans
• Coordinate, mentor, and evaluate the Primary teaching team
• Identify professional development needs and support ongoing training
