About the role

The Team Leader – Engineering Standards is responsible for developing, governing, and continuously improving company-wide engineering standards, specifications, procedures, design guidelines, calculation methods, and technical templates.

What you'll do

• Responsible for developing, governing, and continuously improving company-wide engineering standards, specifications, procedures, design guidelines, calculation methods
• Own the complete lifecycle management of engineering standards, specifications, procedures, guidelines, document templates, and calculation templates
• Establish governance processes for creation, review, approval, release, revision, and retirement of controlled technical documents
• Ensure consistency and alignment across standards, specifications, procedures, drawings, templates, and related engineering documentation
• Maintain accurate document cross-references and change histories

What you need

• 10–18 years in mechanical & production
• Mechanical engineering
• Machining
• SOP writing
• Maintenance
• 3D modelling
• B.Tech or B.E.

Good to have

• SAP
• ERP
