Team Lead - Project Execution

About the role

Lead a team of Customer Project Execution Engineers responsible for the successful execution of compressor orders from order receipt through engineering deliverables and manufacturing release. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with customer requirements, technical specifications, quality standards, and organizational KPIs.

What you'll do

• Responsible for the successful execution of compressor orders from order receipt through engineering deliverables and manufacturing release
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with customer requirements, technical specifications, quality standards, and organizational KPIs
• Ensure successful execution of compressor projects from order handover through final engineering release
• Drive timely completion of customer-specific engineering activities, documentation, and deliverables
• Monitor project scope, schedule, engineering hours, risks, and milestones

What you need

• 10–18 years in civil & construction
• Project management
• Performance management
• B.Tech or B.E.
