About the role

The Team Lead – Technical Documentation is responsible for leading a team of technical writers and documentation specialists in the creation, maintenance, and delivery of high-quality customer and engineering documentation. The role ensures adherence to documentation standards, project schedules, quality requirements, and continuous process improvements while collaborating with global engineering and project teams.

What you'll do

• Lead and mentor a team of technical writers and documentation specialists
• Plan, assign, and monitor documentation activities to ensure on-time delivery of project documentation
• Review and approve technical documents for accuracy, consistency, quality, and compliance with company standards
• Coordinate with engineering, project management, manufacturing, service, and product experts to gather and validate technical information
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in documentation processes, templates, tools, and workflows

What you need

• 6–10 years in operations
• Documentation

• B.Tech or B.E.
