Technical Associate - JINBAO Machine Operator

About the role

We are looking for an experienced operator to independently handle paper cup, tub, and lid forming machines, manage changeovers, troubleshoot issues, and maintain critical spares. SPB Machinery (ACM 9000B, PBM-3500, SPB1000U, ZGJ-M70, SPB-900-BIG)

What you'll do

• Operate paper cup, tub, and lid machines independently
• Perform complete size changeovers (cups, tubs, lids)
• Troubleshoot sealing, leakage, alignment, and quality
• Maintain and monitor critical spares and tooling
• Support basic preventive maintenance

What you need

• 1–3 years in technicians & trades
• Troubleshooting
• Preventive maintenance
• ITI or Diploma
