About the role

We are seeking a skilled Technical Delivery Lead to join our team at CORE TD Technical Lead Organization in India . In this role, you will lead and own customer deliverables, collaborating with regions and domain services to enhance customer satisfaction and reduce escalations.

What you'll do

• Lead and own customer deliverables, collaborating with regions and domain services to enhance customer satisfaction and reduce escalations
• Be responsible for CN TDU deliverables, revenue-impacting risk management, and ensuring 100% LNI compliances
• Lead and own customer deliverables with high accuracy and quality, collaborating with domain services and technical support units
• Drive services and CARE delivery management, establishing sustainable customer relationships
• Own region interactions, customer delivery expectations, and technical alignment, manage demand updates, effort approvals, and partner work-package order approvals

What you need

• 15–27 years in software engineering
• Demand planning
• B.Sc or B.Tech or B.E. or BCA
