Through tailored demonstrations, technical guidance, and proactive follow-up, you will turn complex requirements into practical solutions and measurable business value.

What you'll do

• As a Technical Experience Specialist, you will guide advanced trial customers through their evaluation journey
• Understand the needs of technically advanced and high-potential trial customers, recommending tailored solutions aligned with their business objectives
• Conduct consultative trial engagements and product demonstrations via Zoom, focusing on solution alignment, value articulation, and conversion outcomes
• Manage a higher-value pipeline of trial customers through proactive outreach, consistent follow-up, and disciplined pipeline management
• Develop and execute independent trial nurture strategies across multiple communication channels to maintain engagement and move prospects toward conversion
