Technical Lead – Full Stack

About the role

The role combines hands‑on development, security design, DevSecOps, and AI‑augmented coding practices to deliver high‑performance, self‑hosted solutions for regulated environments. Define and own the overall solution architecture, technical design, and coding standards. Lead Angular, ASP.NET Core, PostgreSQL, QA, and DevOps teams through the full development lifecycle.

What you'll do

• Define and own the overall solution architecture, technical design, and coding standards
• Lead Angular, ASP.NET Core, PostgreSQL, QA, and DevOps teams through the full development lifecycle
• Design and implement dynamic forms, JSON‑configured workflows, checklists, country configuration, and versioning
• Establish security frameworks including authentication, RBAC/ABAC, audit logging, and data isolation per country
• Review database schemas, APIs, and critical code for performance, scalability, and compliance
