About the role

We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM (Human Capital Management) Consultant with 05+ years of SAP consulting and implementation experience. The candidate will be responsible for SAP HCM Business Blue Printing (As Is & To Be assessment), solution design, configuration, implementation, support, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What you'll do

  • Gather and analyse business requirements from Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), Payroll (PY), and finance stakeholders
  • Design, configure, test, and deploy SAP HCM solutions aligned with business requirements
  • Lead end-to-end SAP HCM implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects
  • Manage integration with: Experience with SAP HCM/SAP Payroll in an S/4HANA environment
  • Exposure to ECC-to-S/4HANA HCM/Payroll migration or transformation projects
