About the role

The Technical Lead at HCL will be responsible for overseeing the Java, Node.JS, Microservices, and Amazon Web Services development projects. This role involves leading a team of developers to ensure successful project delivery and adherence to best practices in software development.

What you'll do

Lead and manage a team of java and node.js developers, providing technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle
Design, develop, and deploy scalable and reliable microservices architecture using java, node.js, and aws technologies
Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure seamless integration of different modules and services
Implement best practices for code quality, performance optimization, and security within the projects
Provide technical expertise in troubleshooting and problem resolution to meet project milestones and deadlines
