About the role
We are looking for a high-potential Full Stack Engineer to grow into a Technical Co-Lead for a large and expanding enterprise account. The role combines hands-on development with technical leadership, team coordination, engineering governance, risk management, and stakeholder communication. You will partner with the Delivery Manager to drive high-quality execution while mentoring engineers and scaling engineering practices.
What you'll do
- Design, develop and maintain scalable web applications using React and .NET
- Build secure REST APIs using ASP.NET Core and Entity Framework Core
- Develop and deploy solutions on Microsoft Azure
- Act as the technical anchor across one or more Scrum teams
- Guide developers through code reviews, design discussions and mentoring
