About the role

The successful candidate will partner with Product, Engineering, Architecture, Quality Engineering, Operations and other cross-functional teams to drive delivery of strategic and operational initiatives supporting Mastercard's Authorization platform. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating and governing the execution of complex technical programs spanning multiple engineering teams and stakeholder groups.

What you'll do

  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of complex technical initiatives across multiple teams
  • Drive program governance, execution tracking and delivery reporting for strategic authorization platform initiatives
  • Facilitate PI Planning, release planning, sprint governance and cross-team execution reviews
  • Manage dependencies, risks, issues, assumptions, constraints, and blockers to ensure successful delivery outcomes
  • Coordinate dependencies across Product, Engineering, Architecture, Security, Operations and supporting organizations
