Technical Program Manager

About the role

We are looking for results-oriented Technical Program Managers who can drive cross- functional initiatives, leveraging strong leadership, communication and collaboration skills. You will be responsible for understanding our business goals, initiating various programs, measuring the progress, risk management and successful delivery.

What you'll do

• They manage the program scope, timelines, and resources, ensuring the program stays on schedule and within budget
• Also coordinate closely with Engineering and Infra teams to ensure smooth deployments, execution of go-to-market (GTM) plans, and successful rollout of new features
• They are responsible for aligning all stakeholders to ensure that each release delivers the intended business value and measurable outcomes

What you need

• Stakeholder management
• Data analysis
• Process improvement
• Go-to-market
• B.Tech or B.E. or B.Sc or BCA
