What you'll do

• Prepare technical documents (BRD, SRS, FRS), training manuals, mock-ups, log frameworks, dashboards, and M&E frameworks
• Manage data collection, storage, processing, and reporting systems
• Guide technology support partner teams through the software development process
• Track and resolve bugs using tools like ZOHO and JIRA
• Utilize off-the-shelf solutions, including Google Suite, Microsoft Suite
