Technical Scrum Master(JavaPythonAngular)

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Scrum Master who combines Agile leadership with hands-on technical expertise. The ideal candidate will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, coach teams on Agile best practices, remove impediments, and drive successful sprint delivery while also contributing to development activities using Java/Python/Angular during available capacity.

What you'll do

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement
• Coach and mentor teams on Agile/Scrum principles and continuous improvement
• Identify and remove delivery impediments, risks, and dependencies
• Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure effective backlog management and sprint execution
• Track and report Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown, and sprint progress
