What you'll do

• Work closely with both test operation test engineering (ATE) and new product introduction (DFT) teams
• Develop, debug, simulate and validate manufacturing test vectors and test programs
• Writing scripts used to develop test programs/vectors/data
• Document new product test plans, test flows and hardware
• Perform yield improvement and test time reduction
