About the role

We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide enterprise-level assistance to our customers. You will diagnose and troubleshoot our POS software problems and help our customers with their support queries. Ultimately, you will be a person our customers' trust. They will rely on you to provide timely and accurate solutions to their technical problems.

What you'll do

Responsible to merchant’s support queries
Support on email / phone calls / google meets to give clients quick answers
Online meeting with merchants to diagnose the software issues providing product tech demonstration to the merchants Installing and configuring merchant’s POS device
Willing to travel to client side for troubleshooting, if needed
