About the role

We are seeking an experienced VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) Technical Trainer to deliver enterprise-level Instructor-Led Training (ILT) and Virtual Instructor-Led Training (vILT). This is a core instruction role designed for a hands-on technical facilitator who can step directly into the classroom as a Lead Instructor with minimal ramp-up time.

What you'll do

Serve as a Lead Instructor delivering high-touch ILT and vILT sessions to enterprise customer teams, engineers, and administrators
Facilitate complex hands-on lab exercises, run live technical demonstrations, and navigate unscripted, deep-dive Q&A with authority
Troubleshoot live lab environments and technical edge cases during active training delivery
Lend subject matter expertise to the Business Unit (BU) during non-teaching windows to assist with courseware development, lab topology review, and student guide updates
Channel real-world classroom feedback and student insights directly back to the BU to keep training aligned with field needs
