Telecaller

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and target-oriented Telecalling Recruiter to support high-volume blue-collar hiring for our security guarding operations across Karnataka. This role requires someone who is comfortable working on the phone, engaging with candidates from semi-urban and rural areas, and ensuring a steady pipeline of eligible candidates for training and deployment.

What you'll do

• Make outbound calls to job seekers, job portals, referral networks, and past candidate databases
• Maintain a daily call count and engagement tracker
• Perform initial candidate screening over the phone – age, physical fitness, documents, location preferences, etc
• Schedule and follow up with candidates for documentation and joining formalities
• Maintain accurate candidate records in Excel or internal software – contact info, status, follow-up dates, etc

What you need

• 1–3 years in customer support & success
• Voice process
• HR operations
• Communication
• Class 12
