The Test Lead will be responsible for overseeing and managing performance testing activities using tools like JMeter and LoadRunner. This role involves ensuring the quality of software applications by conducting performance tests, analyzing results, and providing recommendations for improvements.

What you'll do

• Lead and guide the performance testing team in planning and executing performance tests
• Develop performance test plans and scripts using jmeter and loadrunner
• Monitor and analyze application performance metrics during tests
• Identify performance bottlenecks and suggest remedial actions
• Generate performance test reports and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders
