What you'll do

• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs for ICT, FCT, and other test systems
• Ensure timely calibration of all test equipment to meet IPC/ISO and customer standards
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for test equipment failures
• Introduce advanced diagnostic tools and automation for test equipment maintenance
• Manage and train maintenance technicians; ensure skill development for complex test systems
