Tower Lead

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Fit-out Engineer to supervise and coordinate the electrical fit-out of a large-scale AI Data Center campus in Odisha. The role will focus on site execution within data halls, electrical rooms, network and support spaces, including cable containment, power and control cabling, switchgear and UPS interfaces, busways, rack power distribution, grounding, lighting, controls interfaces, testing and phased turnover.

What you'll do

• Electrical Fit-out Supervision Supervise day-to-day electrical fit-out activities in data halls, electrical rooms, network rooms, meet-me rooms
• Ensure work is executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, coordinated services layouts, method statements and project procedures
• Monitor contractor manpower, tools, equipment, materials, productivity and workfront readiness
• Plan daily execution priorities with contractors and align them with weekly and short-term look-ahead schedules
• Identify installation constraints, access conflicts and incomplete prerequisites and drive timely resolution
