Trading Settlements Analyst

The Trading Settlements Analyst is responsible for supporting daily settlement activities for Shell’s trading business. This includes managing commodity and non-commodity settlements, supporting reporting requirements, and ensuring transactions are processed accurately and within agreed timelines.

What you'll do

• Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer billing invoices in line with agreed service levels and controls
• Process payables within agreed service level agreements (SLAs)
• Handle settlement, contract, and pricing-related queries in a timely manner
• Resolve process-related disputes within a short turnaround time, prioritizing high-value invoices to minimize working capital impact
• Proactively follow up on receivables and ensure cash is collected on or before contractual due dates
