Trainee Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and motivated Trainee Analyst to join our Bangalore (JP Nagar) team. This role offers an opportunity to build a strong foundation in financial operations, supporting end-to-end loan settlement processes within a structured, high-performance environment.

What you'll do

• Manage the disbursal and collection of loan documentation with precision
• Review and verify documents in line with banking and compliance standards
• Perform reconciliations and maintain accurate settlement records
• Ensure timely updates across trackers and internal systems
• Adhere to AML, CTF, and internal risk and compliance frameworks
