UI/UX Designer Head

About the role

We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer Head to lead the design of scalable SaaS products at Identixweb. The ideal candidate should combine strong UI/UX expertise with product thinking, AI-driven design, automation, design systems, and conversion optimization. The role will focus on transforming complex workflows into simple, intuitive user experiences while working closely with Product, Development, Marketing, and Business teams.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end product design for SaaS, web, and mobile applications
• Design scalable and user-friendly experiences for complex business workflows, including Shopify, accounting, billing, and GST-related products
• Build and maintain design systems, UI standards, and reusable design components
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma
• Use AI tools and automation to improve design workflows, research, prototyping, and product experiences
