Unified Data Platform Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Software Engineering Manager to lead the engineering team responsible for our Unified Data Platform , a foundational platform supporting large-scale data processing, analytics, search, and data-driven applications across the company. The team owns critical platform capabilities including Hadoop, ETL and data processing platforms, Elasticsearch, Apache Airflow, and Data Lake Studio .

What you'll do

• Engineering & People Leadership
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of software and platform engineers responsible for business-critical data infrastructure
• Define engineering priorities and translate platform strategy into clear, executable roadmaps
• Build a strong engineering culture focused on technical excellence, ownership, reliability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Recruit, develop, and retain strong engineering talent through coaching, career development, and performance management
