Validation Engineer

About the role

As a Validation Engineer L3, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, safety, and performance of our robotic systems as they move from development to real-world deployment. You will own system-level validation by designing scalable test frameworks, validating software, firmware, and hardware interactions, and driving test execution on real robotic platforms.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and implement robust test frameworks for robotic systems, including direct control and testing of real hardware
• Troubleshoot system-level issues, perform root cause analysis, and create detailed evaluation and test reports
• Lead end-to-end test processes and communicate results effectively to relevant stakeholders with proper documentation
• Define expected results and validation criteria for re-testing across multiple product variants
• Continuously evaluate and adopt new technologies, tools, and methodologies to improve test coverage, efficiency, and reliability
