Workday HCM Functional Analyst

About the role

The Workday Functional Analyst is responsible for the configuration, support, and continuous improvement of Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions. This role partners closely with HR Operations, Global Process Owner (GPO), the PMO, and HR Technology and Analytics team members to analyze business requirements, configure Workday solutions, and support enterprise initiatives.

What you'll do

• Responsible for the configuration, support, and continuous improvement of Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions
• Analyze business requirements and recommend solutions aligned with Workday best practices
• Support testing activities, including unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing
• Troubleshoot system issues and resolve process and configuration defects
• Partner with HR Operations, Global Process Owners (GPOs), PMO resources, and HR leaders to support business priorities and initiatives
