Workday Integration Specialist

About the role

Part of a team of functional managers and specialists , the role is fundamental to supporting and advancing Dyson’s usage of the core Human Capital Management system (Workday). This role will serve as an HR Technology point of contact for HR functional areas and assists HR subject matter experts to identify , plan and implement systems and process improvements.

What you'll do

• Support global business users and HR by troubleshooting system issues, resolving defects, maintaining system data structures, assisting with ad-hoc reporting requests
• Take ownership of queries and actively manage them, providing best-in-class technical solutions and stakeholder support while ensuring compliance with policies and…
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) with deep knowledge of Workday integrations and modules, including configuration, testing, and implementation across HCM
• Conduct working sessions with stakeholders to gather, understand, and analyze business and technical requirements
• Collaborate with requestors , project managers, business analysts, HR business partners, and QA staff to ensure requirements are fully understood
