About the role
To provide strategic & operational leadership; and drive the company's growth, transformation and value creation agenda. The CEO will be responsible for accelerating growth across the CDMO, API and regulated pharmaceutical businesses, strengthening organizational capabilities, expanding global customer relationships; and positioning the company as a globally respected pharmaceutical platform.

- Create and execute a long-term business plan aligned with the company's growth aspirations
- Drive organizational transformation through modernization, digitalization and operational excellence initiatives
