- Lead development activities focusing on NBR, as well as specialized polymers such as SBR, BR, EPDM, CR, CSM, NBR/PVC, CPE, HNBR, and FKM
- Drive formulation innovation to enhance product durability, processability, and customer-specific performance requirements
