About the role
The position is a key strategic leadership role in driving the medium and long-term manufacturing of the company. The incumbent would be responsible for the entire gamut of Production Planning, Manufacturing, Supply chain, Industrial & Process Engineering, Materials and Internal Logistics across company operations which covering 2 manufacturing facilities in North India.
What you'll do
- Drive overall manufacturing performance by establishing a culture of operational discipline, predictability, productivity, and continuous improvement
- Lead optimization of manufacturing operations through robust processes, systems, performance metrics, and benchmarks to enhance efficiency and cost effectiveness
- Implement manufacturing best practices and world-class operating standards to improve productivity, asset utilization, throughput, and overall operational efficiency
- Build a culture of continuous improvement by fostering employee engagement, cross-functional collaboration, problem-solving, and ownership of operational performance
- Develop and maintain a safe, cost-effective, sustainable, and environmentally compliant manufacturing infrastructure
