What you'll do
- Conduct comprehensive research to identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and networking events
- Proactively engage in cold calling and outreach to connect with prospective candidates and introduce them to exciting job opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing timely updates, feedback, and a positive candidate experience
- Maintain clear and effective communication with the hiring team to ensure transparency and alignment throughout the hiring process
