We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiting Team Lead to drive our talent acquisition efforts. In this role, you will lead, mentor, and support a team of recruiters while managing high-priority job Requisitions. You will be responsible for enhancing our hiring processes, implementing innovative sourcing strategies, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
